Uncovering Investments and Partnership Opportunities in MedTech

Are you a medtech developer that wants to expand beyond your traditional product portfolio and enter a new market? Do you need to understand potential partners for your product, or if clinicians will find value in a product?  Do you want to explore potential investments or partnership opportunities that support growth?

Our medtech client was interested in growth areas new to the company. The organization needed to understand if there was an opportunity to develop the next generation of ventilation. The group wanted us to look beyond traditional ventilators. They wanted to know about emerging and established technologies to develop a new first-line therapy to support ventilation while reducing lung damage risk associated with ventilators.

While our client understood existing mechanical ventilator systems, they knew less about early-stage innovations that could improve clinical outcomes. We provided clinical evidence and highlighted emerging systems’ potential for disruption and impact.  Using technology landscaping, we built our client’s awareness of innovative solutions that could cause less harm and improve lung function. In addition, we uncovered potential partners that could provide ventilation while avoiding ventilators,

Through our collaboration, we helped our client understand the opportunities for improved patient ventilation and lung function. Our work informed our client’s understanding of potential investment opportunities that aligned with their objectives and goals.
